Top Care Medical provides domiciliary care, as well as the support and assistance needed to maintain your safety, happiness, and capacity to live independently in your own home.
What is home care?
In order to remain in your own home, Top Care Medical provides the supplementary assistance you need. Household assistance, personal care, and social visits are all examples of what’s included under “domiciliary care.” Our home care services are designed to meet your specific requirements, making them an excellent alternative to institutionalised care such as nursing homes.
Our domiciliary care services are available to help you maintain your independence at home while also allowing you to keep living your life as you see fit. You may rely on us to transport you to and from medical appointments, retail establishments, social gatherings, and more, allowing you to maintain your independence.
Having peace of mind while living at home is crucial, and our home care services provide just that. Every client receives individualised attention from the moment they contact us to the moment we say goodbye. Top Care Medical is here to ensure that you are able to remain in the comfort of your own home, close to your family and friends and all of your possessions.
Our home health care services are adaptable and may range from a simple check-in to full-time, live-in support. If you need assistance for a short period of time due to an illness or because your regular caretaker is taking a break, our home care service is here to help. A member of our devoted staff of home care aides will be there to:
- Assisting with morning routines include waking up, showering, getting dressed, and eating a healthy meal.
- Prescription assistance, including drug reminders, medication transportation to and from the pharmacy or doctor's office, and medication disposal.
- Mealtime; help with meal preparation and eating
- Trips, including pension collection (either alone or with the recipient), grocery shopping (or list creation), and stocking the fridge and pantry (both before and after the trip).
- Personal responsibilities; assist with housework such as washing and ironing, and maintain a neat and orderly residence.
- Assistance in going on excursions with other people, such as going for a stroll, visiting friends and relatives, going to a club, or going to church.
- Care for the individual, or "pampering," in the form of visits to arrange for things like a shower, clean clothing, new sheets, and a well-thought-out dinner before the night.
- Every evening, a little assistance with winding down and getting ready for bed would be very appreciated.
